STEP 1

Initial Enquiry

Contact us using the enquiry form and let us know your preferred vehicle, budget, colour, or any other request.
Our staff will assist you in clarifying the type of vehicle you’re after.
Based on your preferences and budget, we’ll begin the search through auctions, dealers, and private sellers.

STEP 2

Vehicle Suggestions
(Price & Delivery Timing)

We’ll propose one or more vehicles that match your needs and provide an estimate.
At this stage, we can also discuss an approximate delivery schedule.

STEP 3

Vehicle Confirmation
& Order Placement

Once you’ve chosen a vehicle, we’ll secure it by confirming your intent to purchase and collecting the necessary deposit.
For factory orders or special specs, we’ll also confirm production details and expected delivery timing.

STEP 4

Vehicle Inspection

When the purchased vehicle arrives at our overseas office, we carry out a full inspection including odometer check, accident history, and overall condition.
Inspection reports, photos, and evidence of verification are shared with the customer.

STEP 5

Final Payment
& Invoice Issuance

Once the vehicle is secured, we issue an invoice using the TTS (telegraphic transfer selling) rate based on the image lock-in date.
The balance must be paid in Japanese yen under the heading "foreign remittance settlement fee."
After payment is confirmed, we proceed with international shipping.

STEP 6

Export Procedures

We begin the necessary export procedures from Japan, including arranging domestic transport to the port, customs clearance, and documentation for export to Australia.

STEP 7

International Shipping

For transport to Australia, we typically use either roll-on/roll-off ships or shipping containers.
Estimated delivery time from Japan is around 20–35 days.

STEP 8

Import Procedures
& ROVER Application

Before the vehicle arrives in Australia, we apply for a ROVER import approval and begin the customs clearance process.

STEP 9

Compliance
& Pre-Delivery Maintenance

After the vehicle arrives in Australia, it undergoes a compliance inspection through a government-authorised RAWS facility to ensure it meets safety and emissions standards under local law.
Once compliance is complete, our team performs final maintenance checks and prepares the necessary documents for registration.

STEP 10

Vehicle Registration
& Final Delivery

Your vehicle will be registered and assigned number plates.
Afterwards, we’ll arrange delivery either to your home or to our nearest branch for pickup.

Final Handover
